Since 1974, the Dave Hefner International Exchange Fund has provided support to youth throughout the Allen County area here in Northeast Indiana.

The purpose of this funding is to open the world to young people via international studies and travel. Priority has been given to students participating in established programs through which cultural exchange is the primary purpose.
